DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN RIBERA DEL DUERO
    Red wine.
18 months in American oak barrels. 6 months in bottle
    before going to market.

    VARIETY:
    100% Tempranillo.
    PREPARATION:
    Wines from “Fishing” are made
    always from whole, destemmed fruit.
    Maceration, at a temperature
controlled, lasting two to three weeks.
    After pressed without clarifying,
    wines passed directly to a
wise and subtle mix of casks
    oak.
    The fermentation temperature ranges
between 22-27ºC. Two lifts are made
    daily. After finishing the fermentation,
    grape skins are pressed.
    Wine remains in tanks
stainless steel about 20 days, later
    pass it on to oak
American. It is in the barrel where it gets
that roundness of flavor and aroma
    reaching the mouth and becomes
    elegance.
