    12 months in new French oak barrels preowned,
    medium roast. Rest in bottle.

     

    VARIETY:
    100% Tempranillo.
    PREPARATION:
    Controlled fermentation cold.
    TASTING NOTES:
    VIEW: Intense cherry color, bright,
    with cardinal trim.
    NOSE: On the nose with a very frank
    good balance between fruit and wood, which
    lactic tones merge and vanilla
    with ripe fruit, black fruit and
    the forest. Stand leather notes
    and licorice own assembly
    French oak varietal aromas.
    MOUTH: The palate is soft but
    filling the palate with balanced flavors,
    where sensations are repeated
    perceived nasal and also,
    some fine tannins that contribute to
    longer life, ending with a final
    on the palate and a long, elegant finish.
