TASTING NOTES:
COLOR: Straw yellow with golden reflections.
Clean and bright. Fine bubbles and
persistent.
NOSE: Intense, fruity and delicate. with
hints of apple, apricot and fruit
tropical. Soft hints of flower
magnolia, toast and custard:
Fresh and bulky.
MOUTH: Good structure, fine bubbles and
well integrated. Balanced, persistent heartburn
and stylish.

SERVICE AND MARRIAGE:
Oysters, sushi, green olives, caviar,
vegetable tempura, black rice, stew
peix, lobster with capers
and asparagus, and salmon papillote souflé
cheese.
