    Crianza Tinto.

    VARIETY:
    65% Petit Verdot
    35% Monastrell.
    PREPARATION:
    It is one of the first vineyards of Petit
    Verdot planted in Spain. variety
    Bordeaux that is surprisingly good
    adaptation to our climate. Wine from
    grapes harvested late
    October, collected at the time
    optimal maturity, grains very
    small and loose. Macerated in cold
    the early days of barreling, the temperature
    fermentation until the day of
    descube elapsed between 28º C and 30º C.
    Barreling time was 15 days
    later moving into barrels for
    malolactic fermentation. has

    TASTING NOTES:
    VIEW: Purple-garnet. its intensity
    is so high that dye is opaque.
    NSOE: ARoma plum, blackberries,
    ripe orange peel and floral perception
    lavender. Surprise intensity
    High aromatic. Exotic character.
    MOUTH: The first feeling is mellow,
    the center of the mouth is dominated
    by the concentration of black fruit well
    mature, powerful and complex structure
    tannic. Light bitter finish characteristic
    variety, with a long and intense
    aftertaste.
    SERVICE & FOOD PAIRING:
    Ideal temperature 17ºC.
    Well spiced roast red meats,
    Castilian roast pheasant, duck,
    deer, venison, braised oxtail
    bull and cured cheeses.
